Does my event have to happen before Labor Day?+
No. The qualifying 50% deposit must be received by the deadline. The booked corporate event can occur later, subject to availability and the accepted quote and terms.
How much is the deposit?+
50% of the accepted event total.
How many corporate clients can receive the offer?+
The first five qualifying corporate bookings whose 50% deposits are received by the deadline.
What does the free private experience include?+
60 minutes for up to 30 guests, the standard game library and equipment, a client-provided compatible display, and the core Charlotte-Metro service area. Sunday through Thursday is included; Friday or Saturday requires a $250 premium-date upgrade. It is subject to availability and must be redeemed within six months of the corporate event date.
Can we customize questions for our company?+
Yes. One custom company round is included as a launch bonus for qualifying corporate bookings. Content must remain appropriate and broadly playable.
Do you provide the equipment?+
Yes. Core production includes the host, game equipment, buzzers, speakers, scoring, setup, show flow, and teardown. A 65–75 inch display can be quoted when the venue does not provide one.
Can you work with our hotel or AV team?+
Yes. Venue and AV coordination are part of the planning process.
What group sizes can you handle?+
Corporate formats are designed to scale to approximately 50–500+ guests through active teams, audience participation, player rotation, and room-wide scoring and engagement.
